what I do

The short story: I build web things, I care about the details, and I would rather ship something real than polish a slide deck.

I build the internal tools behind index management and rebalancing. On the back end that means Python services and data pipelines that chew through large constituent datasets; on the front end it is Vue.js interfaces that let index managers review changes, run rebalances, and trust the numbers they ship.
the foundation
Before the software, it was circuits. The engineering degree taught me how to debug a system with no stack trace — which turns out to be most of the job.
